TERMS OF LEASE

• We provide rental servicing on conditions of 100% prepayment. Regular customers can take advantage of our accumulating discount system.
• To render and pay for the rental services both sides sign a rental contract.
• The services are paid by cash or by money transfer.
• In case of non-cash payment, the requests should be submitted no less than 3 workdays before the event.

Are there any discounts for regular customers?

Yes, there are. You can get a free discount from our manager in our office after signing a rental contract.

Will your specialists be able to select the right equipment fir a certain event and provide full installation and setup?

Certainly, our company offers quick and qualitative servicing, a wide range of presentational equipment and customer solutions. Our specialists can recommend the most appropriate variants of packages and help to install the equipment. All the necessary communications for equipment installation is included in the cost of lease. We advise you to get in touch with our managers, so that he could select the equipment depending on the type of event, your budget and needs.

What if the equipment breaks down during the presentation?

In the first place, all the equipment from our inventory is constantly tested, which basically eliminates the possibility of giving you malfunctioning equipment. Secondly, even if the equipment is out of order, our specialists will find a corresponding replacement within the shortest period of time. Thirdly, if after the investigation it turns out that the damage was caused by negligence of the tenant or the third parties, the tenant is either to compensate the renter the full cost of equipment (in case of bad damage) or to pay for the maintenance, which is indicated by the contract.

What are the conditions of work with clients?

Our services are provided on the base of rental contract with legal and physical bodies (except plasma panels rentals)
To conclude a contract with legal bodies, we need:

• Company information;
• Warrant in the name of a company representative.

To make a contract with physical bodies, we need:

• A passport of a Russian Federation citizen or any other identification document
• Moscow registration

What forms of payment do you use?

We work without mortgage value. The forms of payment are: cash, money transfer (on conditions of 100% prepayment).
